3 ounces lean ground turkey
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
1 whole wheat tortilla
garlic powder
lime juice (optional)
cilantro (optional)
red chile flakes (like those you find in pizza restaurant, optional)
Direction
1.Chop the tomato and lettuce.
Set aside.
2. In a small frying pan, saute the ground turkey and onions? adding garlic powder to taste.
3. Drain meat and add 1 teaspoon each of ketchup and mustard.
If desired, also add cilantro, red chile flakes and lime juice, to taste.
4. Place meat mixture in center of tortilla. Add lettuce and tomatoes.
Wrap tortilla around mixture.
Serve with
1 cup fresh berries
