Eggs with Tomato

egg with tomato

Ingredients:

 

1- 2 eggs 
1/4 of the tomato
salt
pepper
butter
lettuce

Direction

 

Tomato  cut into large chunks.

Mix eggs with tomato, salt and pepper and put in a  dish for baking.

Bake in the oven or microwave.

Served with pieces of lettuce!
